It seems these days that good customer service is difficult to find and outstanding customer service is virtually non existent.
I feel extremely fortunate to have found outstanding customer service from my dealer-Mikes RV, and manufacturer- Bob Mehrer,
of my new Snowriver slide in truck camper.
My story is unusual. Although I live in Texas I traveled all the way to Oregon to buy my camper. Can you imagine making
a purchase of this magnitude sight unseen and driving 2500 miles to pick it up?
After researching truck campers for almost 6 months I finally decided on the Snowriver brand. There are only a limited number
of dealers of these high quality campers. I work on boats so most all of my contact was over the internet. Rebekah at Mikes
RV impressed me with her willingness to thoroughly answer all my questions over the internet and offering me a great price
also. She also kept me from making some bad decisions. These folks know their product and it paid to listen when they made
suggestions. All of our contact and the down payment were via internet, telephone, and mail. When I finally arrived in person
to pick up the camper I was pleasantly surprised with the personal attention I was given. The camper was in top condition
and ready to go and my truck was prepped very professionally. Both Mike and Rebekah listened closely to all my concerns and
addressed each item. I was given a very thorough walkthrough and familiarization of the campers features. They even suggested
that I camp close to them that first night in case I had any problems. To make a long story a little shorter after I took
possession of the camper I spent four weeks camping in the northwest and even visited the manufacturer of my camper for some
minor alterations. This was one of the best trips of my life.
I have recommended Rebekah and Mike every opportunity I get. When you receive customer service of this caliber and total
satisfaction with a purchase you just can not help but try to share it with others.
